 Consignment rate is 30%
All sales are final.
The auctioneer has the right to accept any and all bids.
The auction house is not resposible for any items of consignment or any item broken, damaged, or stolen by employees, customers, or any other persons.
No type of insurance coverage is given for merchandise.
No monies will be paid out from this auction house, its owners, or insurance companies on merchandise broken, stolen, damaged, chipped, cracked or any acts of nature, and any other means resulting in a loss of income.
All items not sold must be picked up within 24 hours of auction end. The auction house has the right to dispose of any itmes not picked up as it sees fit.
All sales will be paid by a business check within one week of the auction. All monies for fees and sales tax will already be deducted.
